The numerous guests from academia, business and politics were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Michael Berlemann, Scientific Director of the HWWI. The HWWI was delighted that Dr. Andreas Dressel, Hamburg Senator for Finance, and Niels Pirck, Vice-President of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, attended the event and welcomed the guests.
One of the highlights was a highly topical lecture by Prof. Dr. Justus Haucap, Professor of Economics at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and Director of the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics (DICE), on the topic of “Electricity Market 4.0: How can we ensure security of supply in Germany?”.
It was a great dialog and we look forward to seeing all friends and supporters of the HWWI again!
