Timur Eckmann is a research associate at the Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg and an associate member of the research department “Environment & Climate Economics” at the HWWI.
Mr. Eckmann studied meteorology at the University of Hamburg as part of the Cluster of Excellence initiative. The focus of both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies was on general meteorology.
His research interests are political economy and climate economics.
