The German Real Estate Financing Index (DIFI) provides detailed insights into the past financing situation and expectations for the next six months in the real estate financing sector. It is compiled quarterly in cooperation with the US real estate services, consulting and investment management company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and the Hamburg Institute of International Economics (HWWI). The DIFI is based on the results of surveys of financing experts who work in the banking sector or as independent financing brokers operating throughout Germany.
